We have retained Darryl to perform repairs to our Olsen furnace. He responded in a timely manner and did a complete front to back assessment to ensure the equipment was safe to operate. He is very meticulous, polite and professional. We had his associate carry out the most thorough cleaning of our furnace ever! Recommend their service to anyone fortunate to hire them. They are competitive in pricing and well worth it.

A few months after moving into our new home our furnace wasn't heating one area of the house. After calling in one repair person only to find out they didn't know how to fix our type of furnace (in floor heating) we called Candu and he was very quick to respond. Not only did he fix our problem, he took the time to explain how our furnace worked and what repairs we should do in the future. He did not tell us we had to do the repairs ASAP but said we could get through the winter and look at doing them gradually. We appreciated the honesty. We now have Candu do yearly maintenance and couldn't be happier! He is extremely fair with pricing (even after hours emergency calls!) and I highly recommend this company.
