Ideal Granite

We ordered a counter top for our kitchen. The installers installed the counter and cracked the granite. The guys left without even saying anything and tried to cover it up. The owner tried to blame it on my cabinets not being level and would not come back to fix it therefore, he was only paid for half the job and I was stuck with counters that I didn't want. A year and a half later, when the counter started coming apart at the seams, I called Ideal Granite to have someone come out and at least fix the issue. The owner assured me that someone would come out and after over 6 weeks, he will not even answer my call anymore. Terrible customer service and definitely a big disappointment. I would not recommend this company at all.

Nice Showroom and friendly staff at showroom. Very competitive pricing. Installation was a problematic. Errors in fabrication, excessive mess which wasn't cleaned up, delays, lead worker with poor attitude, office miscommunications, delays. End result was satisfactory but not exceptional, and getting there was painful.
