Amazing! Gerald went above and beyond for my family. So thankful that he was able to get us in on very short notice during a difficult time for us. He was thorough and very respectful and kind. The entire family will be using him in the future.

there are so many carpet cleaners in the Calgary area ,that it makes it hard to choose ,while future carpets seems more expensive than your local flyer $ 99-00 special right of the bat by the time they add on all the extras they end up costing you more way more ,with future carpets this is not the case ,be honest with them about the size of your house /apartment number of stairs ,etc etc,and you will get a honest quote and that is exactly what you will pay .I called earlier than most probably 6 weeks in advance that's just the way I do things and Gerald got back to me within 10 mins of calling,he was extremely polite and professional and understood I was excited to be moving to my 1 st home he booked me in and sent me reminders of the date & time of the appointment which I did appreciate with everything going on they showed up on time ,did a fantastic job ,the house had 2 huge dogs living there beforehand and you could smell them ,when future carpets was finished it smelled better than new, looked fantastic and best of all did not leave a chemical smell, just a very fresh scent I apologize for not remembering the operator's name as I had phone guys cable guys etc,etc, coming and going but he was a very pleasant young man who knew what he was doing ,the best part of this experience was absolutely no up-sell on anything they did a fantastic job I would highly recommend this guys for a stress free experience thank you very much . Moving into a new place, the site manager said the carpets were "steam cleaned but stained" I called and was able to get an appointment inside of 48 hours. No I didnt get the owner but Leon was great and left the whole place looking 90% better than before. Yes the carpets were stained, but after Leon got to them it was much less noticeable.

Horrible experience. Wanted to book with the owner, who got all these positive reviews. Turned out, he is very busy -- sent me a teenager, who literally blew my fireplace debris into the room, left half of the house wet, and all the stains practically untouched. The technology he used? Hand washing, then blow-drying with 2 portable heaters. A joke, worth not more than $50, charges $215... Martin M (Ranchlands)

My cat has urinated on a few spots in our house and the carpets would not come clean of the smell. Gerald at Future Now came over and used his encapsulation process to clean my carpets and IT WORKED!!! Excellent job done and excellent customer service. Having my carpet cleaned was a last ditch effort before deciding whether to have them replaced. So glad I called Gerald. He did a wonderful job. He didn't leave until both of us were pleased with the outcome. The heavy traffic areas and stairs are the best they have been in years.. Gerald is professional, ethical and a pleasure to deal with. I have recommended Future-Now Carpets to clients with homes for sale with excellent response from all. My personal experience with Future-Now Carpets cleaning my own carpets far exceeded my expectations! After several years of using other carpet cleaners my carpets had lost their original colour , looked old, dingy and near replacement. Future-Now removed whatever residue was in the carpets, brought them back to their original colour and they look brand new! They were ready to walk on almost immediately, Extra care was taken around baseboards to ensure the carpets were clean right to the baseboards. I had several area rugs done at the same time - one in a high traffic area in my foyer. Two are wool rugs and all three look incredible! The care and attention given is exceptional, the pricing great and the outcome beyond my expectations. The “green” environmentally friendly products used by Future Now Carpets are very important to us, as many of our residents have sensitivities to chemicals and smells. Future Now Carpets use of low water (fast drying technology) means little to no down times on furniture and carpets cleaned.

Gerald has removed stain from our site we thought impossible to remove and has saved us thousands of dollars in replacing flooring. His pricing is extremely competitive and fair; we have yet to find someone that will match it or his service level.
