My rented water heater sprung a huge leak in the bottom, at 8:00 PM on a Friday night. Phoned Reliance, they contacted their contractor Rescom Home Comfort. Within 5 minutes Rescom called me and set an appt for early Sat morning. My water heater was promptly replaced by Mark Cerson. He was very professional, prompt, sympathetic to my problem, and quickly replaced the heater. There was no cost for the water heater, but I paid for the replacement exhaust piping as it no longer met code. Pricing was fair, I recommend Mark & Rescom for your service needs.
