This is the 2nd time our family has used My City Movers to move us. The men are strong, friendly and courteous and work in a timely manner. We are retired pensioners and the two men put the bed together for us and set us up very well. They went the extra distance for us. We appreciated them very much. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to move.

The crew has helped us with moving. They were efficient and very helpful. We have lots of staff and the parking on the slop was not easy , but they did very well. It's not first time My City movers help me, would definately recommend their service.

2 Bedroom Move - Richmond to PoCo

I hired My City Movers recently to move from an apartment in Richmond to a townhouse in PoCo. Due to an error on both our parts (I didn't read confirmation email correctly, Vadim didn't write down the proper date) - my move was accidentally booked in July as oppose to June. Vadim (the owner), was super helpful in fixing this mistake and ended up sending a crew to my place about 3 hours later. He even drove one mover in his truck to the location to make up the complete 3 person team. The movers themselves were fast, and used carpet protectors / removed their shoes to protect the carpet at my new place. They weren't perfect.. there were a few knicks here and there (including damaging of my kitchen countertop at the new place - they were moving a very heavy sectional up a tight flight of stairs), but all things considered.. I was pleased and would recommend this company.

Move from Richmond to South Surrey

Moving & Storage review in Surrey

The manager showed up at our old home and estimated that four guys would be needed. He also recommended two trucks, but we were able to pre-move awkward items with family help.
The moving team was extremely courteous, helpful and efficient. The whole job was done in 7.25 hours using one truck (we were not charged for the second truck).
There was some minor breakage, but nothing of significance. We were very pleased with the result.

We were very very happy with the service, the guys were very friendly and cautious with everything, I would highly recommend The City Movers to any one. We will be getting for next final move in a couple of weeks and definitely ask for the same two men.

Scott & Stephen helped move my parents from their house to their new Seniors Residences. After 50 years in one house it was an emotional move for my mother. Scott & Stephen were helpful, considerate and took care of any of our concerns. Their respect was obvious as was their hard work. My family is VERY Happy with the move and how everything went. Thank you! - NOTE: We also used My City Movers in August 2016 to move my own house (Justin & Stephen were involved then). They worked tremendously for us then & now. We won't hesitate to contact My City Movers or to recommend them to friends.
