Great move, horrible fee estimate
Movers were excellent - friendly, careful, very good. Nothing broken, no scratches. BUT, the cost for the move was MORE THAN DOUBLE the estimate they provided. When I complained they said an estimate is not binding and is just an estimate, and then blamed me for not being organized. When they gave the quote I thought the quote seemed low but they said 'we do this all the time' - that sounds quite different than 'our estimate is not binding'. Oh well - great move but now I'm stuck with a huge bill I wasn't budgeting for... So move was 5/5 but service was 0/5 thus the 5/10 review.

We really appreciate your honest feedback. Thank you for your understanding, but we did an estimate on moving services and packing your kitchen as you were going to pack your house yourself. 2 days prior to your move you called and asked to bring more people and even a truck with packing materials as you were not able to deal with it.
We did everything for you, as per your request and now having hard time getting your understanding on the simple fact that there is a difference in price between packing a kitchen and full 5 bedroom house.
