I called WindowRama because of the great reviews on Homestars. Andre (the sales rep and coordinator) came to my house and showed me the product and explain the process. I told him I didn't want a lengthy sales pitch as I knew what I wanted. He honored my wishes. He sent the installer Gary out to measure the windows. They go them ordered and set up a date to install. Gary and his team Vlad and Justin came to install them. They were very professional and very hard working. They installed the windows cleaned up the mess and were gone in two days. Gary and his team are very good at what they do. My new windows look awesome and I am very pleased with them. The ease of raising and lowering them is great. I definitely recommend WindowRama with this team. So thank you Andre, for the email updates through the process and to Gary, Vlad and Justin for doing a great job installing.
