Their craftsmanship was second to none, with the finished product looking beautiful. The team made sure that I was completely satisfied with the finished product. The actual install team was very friendly, punctual, and courteous. Their price was not as good as some of the other quotes I received but I felt they had a much better professionalism and ultimately was extremely pleased with the purchase. When dealing with contractors, and seeing what some contractors have done in the past, after opening walls, to my newly purchased house before ownership, you realize how many out there cut corners, and do bad jobs. You can be 100% certain that Windowrama will not do such things. After getting some time to chat with some of the installers, they spoke about other companies they worked for and how others cut corners and didn't have quality controls over their workers and how Windowrama has even a high level of opinion with inspectors. In my opinion, you get what you pay for, so the extra thousand dollars it cost, ultimately was well worth it. If I had a chance to do it over again, I wouldn't have changed a thing.
