Complete Basement Reno for Apartment
We hired Nuno at Pine Hill Homes to give us a completely new basement with an apartment. We are so happy we hired him. Nuno is a contractor by all means of the definition. Not only was he in complete charge, on budget, responsible and timely but he also possesses the one quality we were looking for in our contractor: passion. Knowing that your contractor is showing you materials and options based on passion and not price or connections with the trades is respectable. Pine Hill homes and the trades people Nuno works with are precise and have an attention to detail and craftsmanship that is hard to find nowadays. We now have a functioning, modern basement space for ourselves and a modern income unit! We cannot express how content we are with the project except to say that we highly recommend Pine Hill Homes.
