Found them in Home Magazine - called as the boiler was not working. This was the first fall living in the house. Called Mike and confirmed price with him $75 for the truck roll. He came and could not diagnose the boiler. He stayed about 15 to 20 min. He said he needed to schedule a technician for 2 days later. We set an appointment for 9:30 am. He charged me for the truck roll and raised the price to $95 saying I misunderstood what the $75 was for. The technician did not arrive on Sunday at 9:30. Then Mike told me he had told me a range of time between 9:30 and 11 am (untrue). After some promises that the technician was on his way at 10:30 am (in my area) the technician called at 11:10 am and arrived at 11:30 am 2 hours after the original appointment. Technician came - was hard to communicate with. He did not explain things well. He figured out the fix within 45 minutes but then did the CO2 test - found out the boiler emissions were too high and shut the gas down. He didn't even make the fix because he said there was no point. He then said I had to get a new boiler. I was in disbelief at this point as the communication had been poor. He then offered me another option of doing a full cleaning but basically said he was supposed to charge me for this visit even though MIke (my original contact) told me it was included. Overall this was a horrible experience. Communication was terrible - pricing was inconsistent / changing and now I have to call in someone else to do a proper cleaning and remove the red tag because I don't trust this company to be honest and direct with me. Highly recommend not using them.
