With the first telephone call to Excel Building and Roofing, to the estimate provided by Alex, all the way to the finished roof, it was a pleasure dealing with everyone in this company. Alex was well prepared, explained GAF’s warranty and addressed, in detail, all our concerns. He kept us informed when the job had to be postponed for four weeks due to the extremely wet summer this year. When the crew arrived, they covered the entire area around the house as well as the deck with tarps, as well as the delicate vegetable garden next to the house. They were polite, fast and very professional. They also cleaned out all the eaves at the end.
The service was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone in need of a new roof.
