The team was friendly and professional throughout the process. I never once had to worry about safety because they were on it. The excavation went on without any issues which was nice considering it was a pretty technical job. The job was completed within the discussed timeframe and I couldn’t be happier. Chris from Allen and Associates came out to give us an overview of a heritage home that we were looking to purchase. His report was detailed and issued about 24 hours from the time of the inspection. Not only was it a well written report and very informative, but the speed at which it was generated was helpful to our situation. Chris was easy to work with, knowledgeable and very methodical in his evaluation. My only reservation is that I wanted the inspection to include an abandoned well on the property but apparently their policy was to not review or comment on things that were not readily accessible (the well has a 2'x2' cement patio stone over it).
