I have been installing tile for over 30 years and have completed thousands of jobs. I have no idea who Elizabeth Pine is and have never done work for her! This is a clear case of someone who is trying to ruin my perfect reputation. I never charge more than the price quoted and warranty my work for 5 years. I wish they would post some proof I did work for her such as an invoice, pictures?. Mark
