Louis came and did a full evaluation of the house, fixed all the possible entrances and created safe exits from the attic for the squirrels. He even crawled into the attic to identify the critters (he also had a heat-trace camera!). We had previously had another company come to remove squirrels from our attic, but they botched the job so badly, the squirrels were actually using the "exit" they created to enter! And Louis gave a 5-year guarantee! He was here for 4 hours and even covered all the roof vents (raccoons trying to get in). An excellent and thorough job.

Yes unfortunately there is lots of "flyby" or bad company out there !! It's happen to often for me to go fixed the work from others company!
