Louis was fantastic to deal with throughout the whole experience. Had a starling that broke through my kitchen exhaust vent covers and made it its hideout, and unfortunately got trapped and caught in my fan. Louis was quick to respond the very next day, walked me through the process, and was very thorough in cleaning up the mess - even right down to the exhaust fan blades. He also made sure it was disinfected properly, and made sure all vent covers were secured with new cage coverings. I would not hesitate to call on his services again.
