Basement renovation

Basement Renovation review in Nepean

I had a contract with this company for finishing my basement. It took around 2 months ( sorry my previous review mentioned 10 months but I meant 10 weeks) but the project involved changing windows, adding one more rough in for shower, fire place with stone.
For the price I paid, I think maybe they did more than expected.
They also came later and fixed small issues.

Basement renovation

Basement Renovation review in Nepean

I singed a contract with this company for basement renovation.
The contractor (owner of the business ) told me he would finish it in 3 weeks but it took 10 months to finish. He hired other contractors for bathroom and shower and they installed shower base on top of a big hole. After testing base shower I found out that it was sinking. They broke shower door and scratched walls. Make the long story short, they left me with the shower door that is rubbing shower base, I have called him many times and he asked me to call the bath contractor myself although I had singed contract with Cyrus Renovations and not them. Nobody ever came to fix the door. I was honest enough to pay him a few days before they complete and they left me with a dis-functional shower and dirty basement.
