Our technician was superb! He arrived on time, was very nice and professional. He protected my hardwood floors and stairs. He was fast and thorough. I was told how long it would take to dry and when to put furniture back. He wore a mask and gloves the whole time. I would very much recommend this company. Perfection in non perfect times
