If you are considering dealing with Ted and his company, Downtown Restorations and Renovations, DO NOT EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE!!!

It's been 10 weeks since he started a deck project for myself and my neighbour, and it's STILL not completed to our satisfaction.

Work is shoddy in many areas, and downright dangerous in others. The rise on the steps varies from step to step - 6 1/2, then 7 then 7 1/2 inches until the bottom step, which is 11 inches from the ground.

He does not answer his phone, does not respond to emails or text messages.

Over 10 days ago, he promised to rectify all deficiencies and has not been seen or heard from again.

DO NOT CALL THIS MAN!!
