This company is the only one we trust. We called another company rated very high and my fireplace ended up very dirty after a $250 bill. I had to call them back because the top of the chimney was displaced and they said my chimney was so dirty ( 2 weeks after they came for a full cleanup!!) and they said I need a 800$ power clean. We called soot busters and they told me my chimney had never been cleaned the first time. He took a video of before and after as a proof. He is so honest that my neighbor asked him if she needed a cleanup and he said no because her chimney was clean. It’s true because she barely never makes fires as we do a lot in winter.

I needed to get my chimney swept before a fireplace insert could be installed. Soot Busters was the recommendation that I had received. It was easy to get an appointment and was able to come in a very short time. Steve was quick and efficient and nice to talk with. There was no mess and would recommend to anyone.
