Strongman Appliances

Great experience bought a fridge from strongman appliances last year December 2014, haven't had any problems with it, I've recommend a couple of my friends and family whom has also had a great outcome. Overall I've invested a lot of money into this company and always got my money worth with a great outcome

I needed appliances for my flip project and went there for a quote for my 3 units. They were the cheapest out of all the other scratch n dent places and I had my appliances delivered and installed by the end of the week. Now a month later everything worked out great so I will be getting more appliances for my own home. I see some people on here have had bad experiences but it is a clearance center that's been around for years so I give them 5 stars for what they provide for us seeking to penny pinch.

What a terrible experience! I went to Strongman in November of 2014 to buy appliances for my house that was being built. Chose the appliances, agreed on a price and an invoice was written up.

I was told to come back a few months before the house was move in ready to confirm the items they would select for me.

Two months before I move in, I go there to confirm the appliances. They haven't collected any items and then take the next two months to try to find them.

They were late on delivery, the items delivered were mostly dented or malfuctioning AND the free wine fridge they were to give me they told me I couldn't have anymore.

Buyer beware - don't give them your money. These guys are unreliable and completely aloof.

Ordered appliances from Strongman in november 2015. It is now June 2015 and he still doesn't have them right. Service has been terrible. I have bounced around to 3 different staff members. Delivery was 2 months late! Consistently misses commitments to send service men. The house has changed hands and new owners still have a leaky fridge, non functional dishwasher and a burner on stove doesn't work. DO NOT pay for any appliances from this company until you are 100% satisfied. In fact DO NOT use them. Friends that I have referred say the same about their experience.

I ordered appliances from this outfit 10 weeks ago and they still have not delivered the appliances because they sold them to someone else and now he has to pay more to replace the ones I bought so he refuses to answer my calls or respond to my requests for a delivery date. Renovation is on hold and now no appliances in kitchen having to eat out every day or purchase from another store but he will not even refund my deposit.

What a nightmare. Nicky will say anything to take your money. Purchased $7000 worth of appliances. 1 Wrong fridge was delivered and they refused to take back! 2. Stove was defective (was told the stove was 2 yrs old, learned later it was 9 years old!) Strongman refused to refund or repair - told me I should have known better to purchase used (even though they advertised 1 yr warranty!). Customer service non existent. Had to have the stove repaired through a third party and when I finally reached strongman to complain, was literally laughed at and hung up on. Learned there are 3 criminal cases against Strongman and Nicky. Stay far away!!
