They can’t get a basic appointment to do some maintenance and keep us with fuel. Excuses and waiting for over a YEAR!! Their service is atrocious with zero professionalism. Basic training is needed for their staff.

Three Tanks involved in this case: One empty, one at 40% and one completely full: "Balance when we picked up the cylinders was $34.91 (topped up one of the three tanks, even after asking that it not be.)" The credit for the propane in the cylinders amounted to $264.01 including HST. "(which means the one Tank was completely filled as per line above because the other two were locked out with chains.) "The pick up fee was $169.50 including HST "- (to pick up a full tank and probably deliver it to someone else's address completely filled.) ", "& the re-stocking fee was $81.36 including HST. " - (really? restock nothing ! Overall, there was a balance owing of $21.76. - (making the calculation so that the customer owes Bangs.)

Always prompt with our oil delivery. We found them when I water heater broke. They gave us the best price in town for a new one. Pricing is always fair and their customer service is impeccable.
