The fascia and part of the soffit had ripped off the roof following a large snow storm. I called Ivan and asked if he could come down as soon as possible due this emergency. He came down the following morning to repair the fascia and soffit. He was very professional and provided exceptional work, I will be getting Ivan to do all my repairs from now on. I had water coming down from the roof through my stove hood onto the appliance. I called Ivan with Intricate Roofing and he came over within two hours and checked out my roof vent. Well its plastic and was chewed up by squirrels allowing water to condense and come down onto my stove. He went to his supplier and got a new steel vent better suited for the job. It was professionally installed and sealed in a timely manner. I am pleased with Ivans work and would recommend him for your roofing needs.

I contacted this company based on the good reviews. I had numerous leaks in my roof that I wanted repaired before winter. Ivan gave me a ground level estimate the next day and did the job three days later. He gave me running details of the work, and went the extra mile to go and get more repair supplies than expected. Completed sealing all potential leaks and a did final check that day. I will report back again after the next rainstorm, but am very confident that the problems will have been solved. I will definitely go back to him when I replace the roof in a few years. Im very happy with his professional appraoch and his work!

Ivan added insulation to the exterior house walls and installed new siding and soffit. He also reconfigured the fascia to properly mount the new eavestrough. Ivan and Jacqueline worked long hours through some very hot weather to complete my house and I really appreciated how tidy they left my property every day. I could not be more pleased with the results.
