Intricate Roofing & Contracting

On a rainy New Years Eve, we had some water appear on our fireplace after a full day of rain. The next day we were put in touch with Ivan. Because we only had a couple of days before the freeze returned, we had to have service on short notice and Ivan came through. After a full days work he came, did a thorough inspection, sealed any suspect spots and did a quick survey of our metal roof, which is over 30 years old.
Back on the ground he gave us a good explanation of what he found and did. Everything was done professionally and courteously.
I would not hesitate to recommend Ivan and look forward to having him do some work for us in the spring.

There was damage to the edge of the roof caused by a large tree branch breaking off a portion of a single. It was important to replace the single to avoid water damage to the roof structure. The work was done quickly on short notice and reasonable in the circumstances and at a fair price.

Hands down one of the most down to earth, honest, reliable and committed individuals/companies to serve the Ottawa and surrounding area. WITHOUT POWER FOR SEVEN DAYS and no way to save food, run a shower, do the simplest of things as staying connected with family and friends, Ivan swooped into our neighborhood here in Barrhaven and provided four houses with power!!!!!! His generosity helped 18 people and provided us with the normal day to day luxuries, we seamlessly take for granted. We didn't even know Ivan but there he was, walking the neighborhood, offering his services to anyone that needed it. He even drove an hour, at midnight to ensure that we were up and running and had the power we needed - all with a smile and a great sense of humor to add. Lost some shingles from my roof in the recent 135km/hr winds, and "Intricate Roofing & Contracting" came through with a fast and knowledgeable repair.

We were so happy (and lucky) to find a roofing contractor at short notice after finding a leak in our roof. We got some outrageous quotes from some larger companies possibly trying to take advantage of the situation, but this husband and wife team are no like that! Ivan is extremely honest, the price was excellent, and everything was explained perfectly clearly so there were no surprises. They were available right away and did a great job. He also went above and beyond to correct the lack of attic circulation that the previous large roofing company had installed/overlooked. I highly recommend them.
