I have been dealing with ice damming on my roof and Ivan has come up with a solution with a heating cable. Excellent customer service and care factor.

I called Ivan today in the afternoon to see if he can come and change my roof vents and I was surprised that he picked up the phone and was able to come the same afternoon. Not only he did a great job, but he fixed even few other things that he spotted while on the roof without charging me extra.
He is a great and cool guy. very friendly.

Ivan and Jaqueline replaced a custom skylight that had been damaged during a recent storm and reseal three others. They were both fast, knowledgable, enthusiastic, and confident. good communication and great experience all around!

Ivan came by my house because our roofing shingles were curling up and he let us know that it could cause a ton of water damage. He sent us his website info and contact info and gave us a quote and explained the work he would be doing and reassured us that he would do a thorough clean up with no damage to our gazebo which is only made of polycarbonate plastic. Although it took Ivan a couple of days to do the roof replacement and clean up, it was well worth it as he did an amazing job! Our next door neighbour (we own half of a side by side duplex) had his roof done by another company and they did an awful job and left a ton of debris in the eavestroughs which could have caused a lot of ice damage to our roof as the debris would have clogged the downspouts. Ivan noticed this potential problem and let us know about it which we never would have known existed because we never go up on our roof. He cleared the eavestroughs (our side and the neighbour's side). I am not sure what other people are willing to do when replacing their roof, but I want peace of mind which Ivan gave us. Best service we ever had from a contractor. You are a god send Ivan, so thanks for doing our roof!

Soffit on the edge of the roof damaged by raccoons.
It is very important to fix it to prevent from entering to the attic.
I did call Ivan and he did work fast on short notice.
I found him he is friendly and professional and he left me with a lot of advice to protect my roof.

He responded to my online request in 15 minutes and was at my place within 2 hours to complete the inspection.
He quickly identified the needed repairs and after giving my consent to have the work done, the repairs were completed.

Just had the roof of our house, garage and shed re-done by Ivan and Jacqueline and are very happy with the results.

There are a few specific things that really stood out to me in the process of working with Intricate:

1. The owners were on sight working on our house every day. This was important for us as we have a very challenging roof so knowing there was experts on-sight every day was very re-assuring,

2. They are comfortable taking the time to explain things to you. As a young first time home owner I am not the most experienced with things like roofing. Ivan was very happy to sit down and walk me through everything until I had a comfort level both before and during the job.
