CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

Just as most of the other reviews on, I have been screwed over by this company. Just like the reviewer from Woodstock states, I also prepaid by E-transfer back in January 2016 for this service because I also had used them before and just like him, I have never received the service! I have sent a few emails to Cameron (the owner) and at first he told me that he just had to arrange for a technician to be in my area (Stoney Creek) doing other jobs but now when I try to reach him by email, there is no response and I tried to go on their website but it shows "This site can’t be reached" I called the toll free number and it has now been assigned to someone else!
I am really confused by all the (bad) B.C. reviews on here because it sounds like this Cameron set up out there as well and perhaps used old email addresses from Ontario to send all these great offers to us but wasn't even in this area anymore?? I also was receiving emails from this company sometimes 3-4x/day - at least 50 of them.
I suppose I will never receive the cleaning nor the $240.00 I prepaid

carpet cleaning

I was receiving emails from this company sometimes 3-4x/day - at least 50 of them. He used to be in Mississauga and I had used him in the past and moved out west to expand his company, thought i would trust him - what a mistake that was! I sent him the money-etransfer Jan.8, 2016 he promised as soon as he had is new staff here up and running would send someone. 1 technician did call 4 months later but when i told him about the offer said he wouldn't honor it. Still trying to get it done or get my money back!

Don't waste your money

I paid for carpet & upholstery cleaning 6 months ago. They have not shown up for even one of the several appointments that I have booked with them.
Stay as far away from this company as you can.

carpet cleaning

they arrived late but they did call to tell me they be later then plan as that was nice . when they arrived they did a walk through the area i wanted to have cleaned and then explained ever thing .as they got started they got me to sing a work order so i new the exact cost i had to pay when it was done . and they did the double scrub on my 7 yr old carpet and when they were done i felt as if i had my new carpet back as they even raked it on the way out . they will be coming back.

carpet cleaning

The technician who came, Cameron, is one of the owners. He arrived 5 hours late, made a mess where a stain had been (the area in question has a larger dark spot even if the actual stain is gone). He was scruffy and seemed disinterested. I will never hire this company again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - even though the living social is a good deal believe the reviews - this company is very unprofessional and will not make it to the scheduled appointment. One of our worst customer service experiences.

Carpet cleaning

I bought this service from Living Social. the technician's attitude was very bad after he was late for the appointment. once the appointment was booked ahead of time, he didn't call until that day to tell us what time he comes. I never seen a person who's very rude to his customer and didn't feel sorry being 1 hour late.

Carpet Cleaning

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Worst customer service and sketchy company. Bought a special on Living Social and waited forever for an appt (which you make online). You are emailed saying the tech will call the night before to make an appt. I received no such call. I stayed home from work that day anyways, moved all my furniture and waited...and waited...he called at 4pm and wanted to come at 5pm??! I was on route to pick up my kids and not willing to have him clean my carpets during dinner, etc. He did not seem to understand the problem with this or inconvenience. We re-scheduled, and again he did not call the night before. Luckily I did not move anything. I called/texted him several times in the morning, nothing in response. He called at 1pm saying he will come at 2pm. I was so annoyed by then that I cancelled the service and got a refund. Horrible customer service, there are THOUSANDS of carpet cleaners out there that i will take my business elsewhere.

Carpet cleaning

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They had a promotion on LivingSocial earlier this year. I was moving out of my place and bought a voucher. I have bought carpet cleaning services with other deal sites in the past and have never had any issues. This is easily the worst company I ever had to deal with on a deal website.

The business is fishy to begin with in the start because they tell you to do all the booking online. Not once do you ever get to speak to a real live person. After filling in all the details and putting in the desired dates, they email you a long-winded email about a date and ask you to confirm.

The email does tell you to contact a guy named Cameron (who is apparently the owner and a technician as well) if you have any questions. He never answers his phone and tells you to leave a message and to text him and he will get back to you. Problem is, he never calls you back and he never texts you back. I don't know what the point is of contacting him if he never gets back to you.

My date was confirmed for a Monday. The email indicated that I would get a call from the guy who is supposed to clean the carpet on Sunday. I waited until Sunday night and didn't get any emails or calls. I tried to contact Cameron (as directed in the email) but didn't get a response.

I send an email that night asking them to call my parents instead (who were going to the house because I would be working the entire day), and I get a reply saying that the technician would show up between 2-5 pm. So my parents were there waiting at 2 pm. However, around noon of the same day, I get a call from Cameron. Unfortunately I couldn't get to the phone and he didn't leave a message. I tried to call back but he didn't answer.

So around 4:30 pm, my parents inform me that the carpet cleaner still hasn't shown up. I try giving Cameron's phone a call and lo and behold he answers. He tells me that a part of his machine has broken so he can't come to my place, but he would get a replacement by the next day. He doesn't explain why he didn't bother to leave a message when he called me earlier or why he didn't call my parents, or why I had to call him before he relayed this information to him.

Okay, I understand that things happen which are beyond people's control, so I ask him to come on Wednesday evening. He agrees and confirms the time at around 7 pm. I don't hear from him or his company between Monday and Wednesday, and on Wednesday night I send him a text to confirm that he's still coming. 30 minutes later he says "Didn't the office contact you? I'm in another city doing a job, but would be able to come in 2 hours time." At this point I'm getting upset, but I reply to his text and tell him that I can wait 2 hours, but to confirm that he's actually coming. I get no reply. Nonetheless, I wait for 2.5 hours, and then I try calling his phone. No answer! I try a few more times and get no answer. As I type this it's already 3.5 hours from the time he was supposed to come and there's still no answer.

This is easily the worst company I've ever had to deal with on ANY daily deal site, and that's saying a lot. I figure that this company has wasted 6 hours of my time over 2 days just waiting for them to come. I know that since they're offering a "good deal" for their services, I may sacrifice on quality of service. But I never expected the blatant disregard for my time, and if that wasn't infuriating enough, it's impossible to get a hold of anyone at that company to figure out what is going on!

carpet cleaning

Worst carpet clenaing ever! Bought on a groupon, they couldnt come for a month after i purached it. They upsold me to buy a stain/infuser package. My carpets were wet for 3 days! they smell like a wet dog, and the machine they used had dead bugs they were spread through out my house.
