We first contacted SES when we lost power in our home office after a blackout. Muhammad found the problem and quickly repaired it, he also found some other issues with breakers, he explained these problems and repaired those as well. With both of these issues Muhammad explained what needed to be done ahead and after the job was done walked us through everything that he did. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We felt very confident with the work that he did, we asked for a quote on replacing pot lights and updating dimmers in our home. This project was done by two of his employees and we could not have asked for a better job done ! We would highly recommend Muhammad and his team for any electrical job.

One evening a couple of days ago we noticed a buzzing sound coming from one of our light switches. There was a burning smell and the metal
box which encloses the wires was very hot. I checked on Homestars to try to find an emergency electrician.

Have used this company twice since we bought our condo in 2019. Both times the technician was on time, prepared and clearly knows his craft very well. All costs are explained ahead of time, and as our condo is older (built 1976) any fixes have to be up to modern building code, which he also explained well. Always happy to answer questions, which is good value as it will help us in future for any renos we want to complete, especially kitchen or bathrooms. While attempting to change an outlet in our kitchen , I without knowing, connected a new outlet incorrectly causing the appropriate circuit breaker to trip. I was not able to reset the circuit breaker and contacted Safe Electrical Solutions (SES) for assistance. I have used SES in the past and was quite pleased with their service and expertise at that time. SES responded to my phone call immediately and arrived in a very timely fashion to diagnose and fix the problem I created. I was advised of all costs associated and SES was able to diagnose and resolve the situation.
