Had some trouble with an outlet and kitchen light switch. The staff came very quickly and fixed the problem with efficiency. The result was what we wanted and things went well.

We hired SES to deal with a badly wired outlet in our kitchen and to run new circuits to our garage. In the process, they found some significant problems with our old wiring (physical damage to circuit breakers, etc) -- damage that was hard to see on casual inspection, but which became obvious with a closer look. Based on this, we had them replace our electrical panel. The work is clean and precise, and they went out of their way to stick to their estimates even when circumstances changed. Much better work than the previous electricians we'd had in.

Toronto Hydro cut our power line without prior notice at the request of Bell Canada who was maintaining their Fibe line and claimed an unsafe condition - an unbelievable situation. Toronto Hydro said to find an electrician who could install a new line connector (forget the name of this); very upset with Toronto Hydro; searched the internet, made several calls, only this company had someone answer, electrician called back, knew straightaway what the problem was, turned up about an hour later, did the repair, called electrical safety authority for inspection and Toronto Hydro turned up to reconnect the line several hours later. These guys turned up when they said they would, knew exactly what to do, did a good job, and saved us!

I required my kitchen receptacles to be updated to GFCI, as they were not up to code (given the age of my building). WE walked through my options due to the age of my panel and landed on a way forward. Fair and professional experience. No reservations with recommending to others.

Nice installation, polite gentleman who took the time to explain his Services his credentials and what the estimated cost would be. Work completed perfectly. No complaints. Would recommend for future work.

There was a short circuit so the light fixture had to be changed. While SES was here we also upgraded outlets to GFCI.

Had an power issue (control panel) in the middle of the night, and was able to talk to the chief electrician (Mohammed), who guided me to fix one thing so I could go back to sleep until he could come in the early morning to fix everything definitely.
Very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, he provided great and calm explanation of everything and fixed everything. I would have no problem calling him back if any problem.
The cost... well... is what it is... very likely in the regular, normal and "approved" prices. All prices are clearly showed before, so you know whether or not you go for it.

The technicians invited me to watch them work, which I did. We also talked about what they were doing, and why. I can characterize them as true professionals: polite, careful, knowledgeable, methodical (e.g., performing
preliminary checks to ensure that subsequent tasks would be completed successfully). It was a pleasure to have them in my home.
