I called the company late night as an emergency as the socket in the wall was sparking and I was concerned about it being a fire hazard. They sent a man called Muhammad Bajwa. Muhammad arrived within 20 minutes which was great. Before starting any work he showed me his licence stating that he was a certified electrician. He was very professional and took time to explain everything while he was doing the work. Muhammad was very honest and all work was done within the budget estimated. Totally recommend this company for your electrical needs. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Muhammad!

I called and they responded and then they arrived. They repaired the electrical stack that was attached to my house after a big storm knocked down a tree that ripped it off. They were able to complete the work as promised.

We've had a few power outings recently that caused my brand new stove to stop working. I had it repaired twice in the last month. Was told that perhaps I should look into installing a surge protecror.
Decided to call Safe Electronic Solutions as they have very good reviews. The company got back to me Asap and we're able to give an estimate . The electrician Muhammad came out and gave my husband and I a full review of the product,warranty, prices,and all of his certifications. He then did a thorough inspection as it was discovered that there were live exposed wires in our panel. We are the original owners and we have not done any electrical work. Muhammad showed my husband and I what he had discovered and carefully explained the danger. We were quite concerned as we have four children. Safety is obviously important. We requested an inspection and found a few more problems. We had a few outlets changed and our fire detectors. Muhammad was very patient in explaining everything to us and also tried to do what he could to keep the cost down. Just to install a new hookup point for hydro coming into my house SES charged me $300 for 15 minutes work. ESA charges $300+ for certification of the work. SES did not alert Toronto Hydro to get an inspector to see what was proposed and I never received notification that Hydro would charge me an additional $678 for them to do the transfer to the new hookup.
TH would never have called me because I was never inspected.
However to give them their due credit, SES later contacted Toronto Hydro on my behalf and arranged for TH to do the transfer at no charge. I now have a safe connection to my house and it cost $678 less than it could have.

called them because I needed a quick 220v 20amp line installed and they responded quickly on the initial call. Called back within a few minutes with a quote and was here at my property within a couple hours. The electrician was polite and showed all his certifications and licenses before beginning the work.

He quickly finished the job and made sure everything was up to standard. The price was on the higher end but for this job, I just needed it done and didn't mind paying for the quick service by a Master electrician (since it was a ME, the price wasn't too bad actually).

I needed some light fixtures and a ceiling fan switched out and he did a great job, showed up on time, very thorough and we will definitely recommend him and use him again !! THANK YOU SO MUCH !

The power in my house had gone out as both my dryer and main breaker tripped. I was very concerned obviously and needed the urgent assistance of a licensed electrician. Mr. Bajwa immediately responded to the call I put in and was at my house within close to a hour. When he arrived he showed me all his qualifications which reassured me that I was dealing with a real professional. Mr. Bajwa was extremely professional and upfront about the prices for his services which I was appreciative about as their was no ambiguity. He promptly addressed the issues on my panel and also alerted me to problems of working on the panel that were potential fire hazards. He promptly replaced the incorrect breakers and rewired my panel up to code. I also had him move my dryer plug so that I could stack my dryer. He worked efficiently and quickly. Overall, I am very satisfied with Mr. Bajwa's services. I found him to be honest and reliable and highly recommend his services.

Although the company did tell me they were going to charge me a service dispatch fee to provide me with a quote for my job, I found the actual service provided (or lack there of ) to be disappointing. My needs were not complex (i.e. add a new electrical outlet off an existing outlet, add power supply to a dishwasher, move a switch from one location in a room to another). A number of other companies, both large and small ones, were able to quote my job, for free, over the phone, saving me both time and money. All the other quotes I received for the actual work that I needed finished came in significantly cheaper and at the end of the day the company that I chose to work with was able to get the job done at the much lower cost. I have every confidence that Safe Electrical Solutions does great work, but I think their pricing structure needs reconsideration.
