We ordered two new doors to be installed with multilocks. While the doors were beautifully built and the installation was seamless unfortunately one of the multilocks was malfunctioning. Anna at Customer Care was wonderful in arranging someone to come in right away to look at it. Leon the owner came in himself the next day not only to fix it but when it wasn't working he especially went back to the factory and brought the engineer along with a new lock to ensure it worked properly. I have never seen someone so passionate about what they do, the whole experience was nothing short of wonderful and we will definitely be using Milano Windows and Doors in future for all of our needs.
