Anna, who I spoke with on the phone on several occasions was very helpful, professional and very friendly, what a pleasure to talk to someone on the phone who is so nice.
Matthew who came to check out the job and gave me an estimate was again professional and pleasant. He explained to me everything I needed to know about the job without me having to ask a thing.
The two guys who came to do the installation were on time, very pleasant and polite. They did a great job with the installation and left my home as clean as it was when they first got here.
The only surprise I had was the fact that they all delivered exceptionaly well.
I will definitely recommend Milano to anyone wanting to replace their doors or windows. If I had the need in the future to install other doors or windows, I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services.
