Cole Renovations

I had a bare blocked basement that I wanted finished. I got three different contractors in for an estimate. I picked Jeff for the job as he gave me a very good quote for the job, not the cheapest of all quotes. I liked Jeff's idea's of what I wanted at the end of the job. As we all know problems always seem to come up when your doing renovations and this project was no different. I was very impressed the way Jeff handled the problems that he came across and still stayed in budget. Jeff also impressed me as he showed up everyday, even in the worst weather conditions. I had 4 rooms I wanted, one bedroom, launder room, rec room and a tool room. Jeff stared with the sub floor then framed in all the walls for the different rooms including all the cupboards and door ways. When all the wiring was done the insulation was all done and then the drywall. after the drywall was done the painting and then the flooring. At the end of the job the basement was a completely different area, bottom line, it looked fantastic, I've gotten so many complements from friends and family and the basement is now being used on a daily bases, I am very proud of the job Jeff did for me and would not hesitate to hire Jeff Cole to do other renovations in the future.
