Since the day we moved in to our home a few years ago, we always missed not being able to enjoy our backyard more often without a patio and finally decided to go for it. We reached out and met with several reputed contractors in the GTA after short-listing them on some of our criteria since we didn't want to save a few bucks and compromise on the quality of our patio which we would be enjoying for years and would appreciate our property value as well. We had an idea on the design but most of the contractors spoke the same language without much advise or recommendations on our expectations and pushing us to sign up before all available dates for the season were taken.

When we first met Kevin from Kevco Landscapes for a consultation, we were assured within minutes that he might be our guy. Kevin discussed our requirements, design ideas, budget etc. in detail and shared great recommendations for betterment with pros and cons of different options based on his years of experience in the industry. He shared his portfolio and client references for any background checks that we might want to run. He was honest with pricing, availability, timelines from the day we met him. He took the time and answered all questions we had and gave us the time we needed to make a decision or reach out for any other questions we might have for him before we were ready. Kevin also shared a project design which was mapped to scale for a very clear understanding of what we could expect once the job was done along with the project proposal and a 5 year written warranty which no one else came close to matching.

Kevin helped us start with product selection and the project kicked off right on schedule. The crew was super energetic and everything was very well coordinated with delivery of supplies, machinery, manpower etc. as the project moved along. We watched in awe as the crew brought down our worn out deck and everything started to fall in place. The crew was careful not to damage any of the exterior walls. With the perfection that everything was moving along, we were glad that we made the right decision. It looked like they've practiced this a hundred times before and knew exactly how all the components jive together. The job completed ahead of schedule and Kevin made sure that the work site, side-walks, street etc. was all left the way it was before they arrived. Once they left, we could not even tell that they were ever here, just that we now magically had a patio we love.

This review sure has been long overdue (as we're on our patio most of the time) and hence a detailed one. We would definitely recommend Kevco for any similar project and are confident that they would not only meet but most certainly exceed expectations.

We selected Kevco Landscapes because of the high quality work that is clearly evident from their website and the 5 year warranty that no other landscaper will come close to. Before the work, Kevin explained exactly what would be done, and patiently answered all our questions. The crew arrived on time each day and worked hard throughout despite intermittent rain. They completed their work on schedule in 2 days. The crew was friendly, fun, and easy to work with. We treated them to some cold ice-cream bars! Despite a bigger task than anyone anticipated pulling out the old concrete, Kevin and team worked hard and energetically to meet their commitment. The attention to detail is high and the quality of the job shows throughout. It looks awesome and we feel that we have the best looking walkway in the neighbourhood. We would highly recommend Kevin and his team and we would definitely hire them again for future projects.

Kevin and his team did a really great job. We contacted a lot of contractors for this renovation and Kevin stood out as being competent, confident and trust worthy.

He got the grading perfect and the backyard has been completely transformed. His team was done in two days, there was really no disruption to our lives. After that he came back on multiple occasions to address any lingering issues. Kevin has always been easily accessible by phone or email.

Kevin and his team removed old asphalt and concrete from the backyard (former driveway) and replaced with a new interlocking patio and grass.

His team arrived on time and was committed throughout the day to completing the job. The staff were very patient with our two little girls and the team was very courteous and professional while onsite. My wife and I were very happy with their workmanship and followup after the job was completed and have recommended Kevco Landscapes to other family and friends.

Kevin and his staff are wonderful to work with. They are professionals who show up on time, are efficient completing work on time, are respectful of your property and take pride and care in the work they do and getting it done right. Kevin was super patient as we changed and refined our plans to make sure we figured out and got exactly what we wanted from a space, function and feel perspective. He worked with our designs to make our grade differentials work for us while keeping us on budget and creating a space that welcomes, flows and has become a gathering place - not just a driveway with a set of stairs leading to an entrance. Kevin is knowledgeable about his industry, new techniques and his products and was a wonderful resource for us as well.

Very happy with the results of the front entry and back patio paver installation. Kevin's team was prompt, experienced and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place tidy. It was a pleasure to work with them and I will definitely be in touch with Kevin for a future project. He is a great resource.

We have used Kevco Landscapes to care for our lawn and garden for approximately 5 years. We wanted to replace big old emerald cedars surrounding our backyard with a wooden fence. Kevin gave us a reasonable quote for the project which we accepted. He and his team worked hard and efficiently. When digging the post holes, they ran into heavier clay than expected, but adjusted by opting for a more powerful digger. The project was completed within about a week, including cleanup. We were very pleased with the result and have received many compliments about the fend.

The Job is not complete until my fence is finished. Because Zancor was building a house behind me the fence was will not be able to be finished until the land is graded and sow put down hopefully by May 2017. Kevin and his team were great
