We needed the swale at the side of our house renewed and our eaves trough down spouts put in pipe to get the water out past our foundation to reduce the risk of water in our basement. KEVCO v'd out the swale, packed clay along the foundation sloped to the swale, placed PVC pipes to the front of the property then covered it all with gravel and a beautiful walkway. They did a wonderful job taking the one pipe all the way to the front garden and the other they incorporated into the end of the walkway.
They removed our old concrete and flagstone porch and built a magnificent stone porch which they blended into a spacious patio at the front of the house. They trimmed up the stairs with decorative rocks and river stone.
Then they paved the driveway - including an additional parking spot at the road.
Absolutely everything was completed with sloping away from the house.
KEVCO kept every time line and promise. The neighbours were amazed by the cleanliness, politeness and efficiency.
