My Mum who lives alone in St. Catharines had her pipes freeze up - and we had no idea who to call as a plumber. We happened upon Evan and Complete Plumbing. He showed up really quickly, fixed the problem, and his prices are more than reasonable. He's now part of our family! Way to go, Evan.
