From all the people that we called, which was about 10, Gotcha Wildlife not only answered the phone but came right away. Everyone else that we called had an answering machine and when they called us back, told us that they wouldnt be available till the following week
Richard and Callum are pleasant and hard working. They explained their every step to me. I would recommend Gotcha Wildlife in a second.
