Arrived when promised. Ken and Richard were very knowledgeable and friendly. They shared their knowledge to help me understand various solutions for my problem with mice and the most cost effective way to deal with them now and in the future. They were extremely efficient and clean and went above and beyond the call of duty.
I will definitely add them to my contacts list for future use.
