Tile & Grout Restoration

This is my second time using this company and I would use them again. After sharing photos and a description of the issue - I thought there was mold and mildew despite constant cleaning on the tiles - I received a quote and arranged a date for the technician (Ash) to come out. Ash was amazing! He was quick to point out that the issue was that there was missing grout - it wasn't mold at all. He set to work to restore the grout taking care to consult with me on matching the colour.

There was some confusion about my request to have the tiles/grout sealed but Ash took it all in stride and after communicating with the office, stayed on to complete the extra work and ensured everything was done to my satisfaction.

The shower stall is now just like new again thanks to Ash and the TGR team. Jeanette J Toronto

Tiles and grouting were a mess. We couldn't clean them with bleach, mr clean pads, etc. Every time we cleaned the tiles, they were dirty again within a week.

Nick did such an excellent job; grouting, washing, resealing. Absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

Did not make first appointment cause Len forgot to put it in the book before heading south on vacation but once the mistake was realized they did some shifting and they came the next day

I spent a good 30 minutes scrubbing a few squares of grout and now, I say, NEVER AGAIN!!!

☆☆☆☆☆ Ash did an amazing job on our grout and results are supposed to last up to 10 years. If you're sick of looking at old, dirty grout or selling your home, this is a cheap, quick and instant upgrade (took only 4 hours)!! He also got out stubborn stains and old paint off the tiles. We highly recommend him!

So pleased with the work of Greg and his team of 4 high skilled staffed.
What sets the company apart from all others is the professionalism, ethics, and level of skill. I know this because I consulted 10 other companies on my home project previously and not one I even considered to let in my home.

This company could not offer me caulking to nearly match what was used with very expensive granite and travertine/marble. The owner could not offer me more than 3 colours in total. I had to choose one since he said that is all they had. I didn't realize at the time that there were so many colours that they should have had. But they are friendly and did come back to remove caulking that they said was paintable but was not.

I've hired Tile & Grout Restoration twice now to restore darkened grout that was impossible to clean, and both times the floor has come out looking like new. Ash did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.

Ash did an amazing job. We had moldy caulking and discolored grout and Ash restored our shower to as good as new. He arrived early, was very professional and also did some additional work with our daughter's shower. I would highly recommend Ash and Tile & Grout Restoration.

Everything about the process went well. Len was very helpful setting up the appointment and Ash did an amazing job on the tile. Ash kept everything clean, was polite and answered all our questions. The finished product was exactly what we were hoping for. We will be using them again.
