Wanted caulking redone in 2 bathrooms and my slate floor resealed.
The slate floor sealer did not dry after 2 weeks. Called Greg and he was to come the next day. He was a no show. Three times he promised to come and he never showed. He finally showed up and it is 4 weeks since he sealed the floor. There are dirt marks on the tile and he says its the stone. The floor is still a bit tacky but not as bad as it was. You can here the noise when you lift your feet.Greg says it is okay.
the caulking job around the taps and spout was suppose to be clear and it is almond and very thick. It looks like a DIY gone wrong.
I have never had caulking around any tap look this bad. He says clear looks awful but I can assure almond on grey tile looks awful.
Caulking where there is tile has the caulking running into the cracks.
I find Greg to be disorganized. He made an appointment to do the work and then phoned the day before to ask me to remind him what he was to do. He never remembers when he says he is coming and never calls. I would not recommend Greg from my experience with him

UPDATE FROM GREG-OWNER:
The customer requested stone floor to be sealed with a clear sealer. The floor has been sealed. The sealer has a low shine quality that leaves stone looking "wet", or as we call it, the new look. The customer sees this as a wet floor.The caulking has been re-done 3 times with clear, almond and then clear again.
Unfortunately not everyone can be pleased to 10/10 as all of our clients. I find the customer to be very unstable in decision making and impossible to please.
The job total for services discussed above was $75. After 3 difficult visits, I would gladly return the cost and remove all my work.
