Very good and professionally finished basement development project, although a little expensive. Project completed on time. Good customer service.

Normally I do not write reviews but I must do this mainly to guide people who might be looking for a credible, honest and reputable contractor. Platinum Heritage Construction Corp, handled the development of my basement for secondary suite. These guys made the whole construction process smoother and stress-free. No surprises! They worked with my budget and even suggested cost savings ideas. Despite COVID-19 situation, they worked to deliver the project on time. I was extremely happy with the quality of work and materials provided. Honestly, my expectation was exceeded! With Platinum Heritage, you are in good hands!

Platinum Heritage Construction professionally designed and competed our basement development project. The end result was terrific! Everyone in the team was amazing and they all worked hard to design a beautiful basement for our family.
They set a schedule of 8 weeks - and they delivered. Our questions and concerns were resolved with dispatch. They kept the work site very clean during the project. They even went further and upgraded some of the fixtures beyond what was agreed. And the sweet part of it all was the price. They beat other contractor quotes for the same project.

We bought a condo and platinum heritage was selected to renovate the unit to our taste. Accurate timeline and cost was provided which takes the guesswork out of the project. I’ll definitely use the service again

Platinum Heritage construction corp. completed a renovation of an old building which group of investors purchased in the Cambrian heights community of Calgary. I was among the group of investors. This guys exceeded our expectation in this project, it was professionally designed and completed. They took care of permitting and other aspects that would have required our presence.
