Mark and his team were amazing. Very friendly and courteous, respectful of our property and even covered our neighbours air conditioner to protect it from potential damage. These guys worked tirelessly to get the work done properly with quality material. I would definitely (and already have) recommended them to friends and neighbours.

Bunch of hacks. Roof has leaked twice within 12 months of them replacing it. Has caused damage to the inside of the house. We called them when it leaked the first time. They came and looked and said it wasn’t their fault and it was mother nature’s fault. Even though the job of the roof is to prevent mother nature from destroying your home. We had to call another roofing company and pay for them to come repair what extreme had just installed because extreme wouldn’t stand behind their work. They never trimmed the one corner of the shingle hanging down when we called several times asking them to. They left new shingles on the roof when they were finished the job. Left exposed, uncaulked nails. Did a poor job sealing around the chimney flashing. Completely unacceptable do not recommend them. Will never use them again

Xtreme Contracting was selected after providing a very competitively priced quote.
The roofers arrived early and worked non-stop throughout the day and when the job was completed the roof looked great.
The driveway skip, filled with the old shingles/waste was picked up the next day.
Xtreme Contracting later sent me a copy of the Certain Teed warranty registration that confirmed the job was done right.

Mark and his team were professional and extremely hard working. We are very happy with the quality of work! We would recommend them without hesitation.

Simply put in point form:

- appeared professional
- team that came to the house to do the roof were punctual
- they stripped the old shingles but never did any patch work nor did they even suggest that it was necessary
- they shingled over plywood that had holes bigger than 2 feet all around. The roofing nails had nothing to bite in to.
- after realizing this we contacted them and were given the runaround with false hopes of some sort of reimbursement.

THE BEST PART?!?

One of the owners was in his truck at least half of the day with the AC on and window down on his phone in front of the house not even checking to see what his team was doing.

It cost us over an ADDITIONAL $4,000 to make any and all repairs that could have been addressed at the time when Xtreme Contracting was on site to do the work once.

They were very professional and did an excellent job. Extremely clean and timely. Honestly goes along way.

We met with Mark on a Monday and after meeting with three other contractors throughout the rest of the week--including one who didn't even go on the roof--we made the decision the following Friday to go with Xtreme Contracting. Mark took the time to thoroughly examine our roof and the old chimney, made his recommendations and answered all of our questions; he probably felt like he was getting the third degree from us. His crew arrived the following Tuesday at 8 am and promptly spread tarps all around the outside of our house to protect our new stonework. I had the opportunity to speak to most of them and they were all courteous, professional and genuinely seemed to take an interest in their work. By the time they wrapped up at the end of the day you wouldn't have known they were even there except for the fact that we had new shingles and one less chimney. Would I recommend this company to others? Yes, absolutely.

Yesterday evening a neighbor told us that few of our shingles were missing, most likely they were blown away by last week’s strong winds. We contacted Xtreme Contracting around 8 pm, sent them pictures and got the quote for repair. By 12 noon today our repair was done! Thank you Mark for your extremely efficient service!

We had Xtreme Contracting in to replace our roof after receiving numerous quotes. They were the most straightforward and honest company we dealt with. When they discovered really moldy boards they took pictures for us, showed us the problems and educated us on how best to proceed. It gives us great comfort to know that they job was done right. Once the job was done they cleaned up everything and it's like you couldn't even tell people were there working on our house.
