Ray Ooievaar Roofing

I noticed a leak in my upstairs bathroom ceiling. Just a little bubble in the drywall. I called two roofing companies and Ray was the first to be able to come soon. Ray went on my roof and came down about 15 minutes later and said the flashing had come away and he'd fixed it. I thought he was just going to tell me what the problem was and we hadn't talked about price. I asked what I owed and he said $250. I said I thought that was a little high for a 15 minute job. I called another roofer I had used before and he told me they charged $150 for any minor fix under an hour. I wrote to Ray saying I felt taken advantage of and letting him know I felt his price was too high. He asked what I felt was fair and I asked for $75 back. He agreed to refund some of the money. That was a month ago and still no refund. I'm sorry to give anyone a bad review but feel it is warranted.

I have used Ray's company twice over the years, most recently approximately a year ago when my entire roof needed re-sheeting and roofing. Ray offers amazing quality service at a very competitive price, additionally, his chimney flashing's are likely the best out there - period! Highly recommend and would most definitely use Ray Ooievaar Roofing again - no questions asked.

The work was done fast. The company's & owner " Moto, is my clients should be comfortable & confident to come to me to service and help in all of there home project needs." I have since then asked for R.O. Roofing help with my bathroom Reno. They replaced my cabinet & vanity, my toleit, my hot water tank, and my sink hook up. I have and would again recommended R.O.
