I bought a groupon. When I called to book an appointment I talked to the owner Mark. I also decided to have him do my area rugs and couch. Booked an appointment time and said he would confirm. He didn't, I called him and said he couldn't do it that day, and this went on for 5 times. Finally I got upset, told him I just wanted him to do the groupon stuff,. Anyways he said he was in the car on the way and he never showed. I tried to call but never heard from him again. The most unprofessional
Guy I have ever dealt with, and he is the owner!!
