He gave me a fixed price which is a great option as it allows a contractor to do their job, which makes sense as they have extensive building experience, vs allowing me to micromanage the project with my minimal HGTV contracting certificate, haha. His references had nothing but good things to say as well. Great job!

Great talker! Big ego! It's true what they say, vet your contractor and get it ALL in writing! I was way too trusting. For reasons too numerous to mention I would NEVER recommend them or most of the people they deal with. So many costly mistakes and always someone else's fault! I still have fixes to do from errors, repairs from damage done to my house and things not completed that should have been. Sadly, no money left for all the various jobs. Oh, what a lesson for me!
