I had Jim from Britain Mechanical come in and replacement my water heater. He is very specific about how he does his work. Exceptional business man. He does an excellent job, could not ask for a better company to work with.

Jim, the owner of the company was quick, efficient and was conscious of my budget. He could have easily advised the only solution was a replacement fireplace and made a sale, as the consumer, I never would have known. Integrity can’t be readily found, but you will definitely find it with this company, as well as very high quality solutions and materials. Five star recommendation for sure!!!

Jim and his apprentice were punctual and very friendly. He maintained excellent correspondence and cleaned up well afterwards. His installation looks great and functions perfectly. I would highly recommend them.
