Gabriel came out and explained my possibilities and challenges, he was very thorough on how thing were going to be installed. His people came on time, very coutious and hard working. I am very happy on it all came together. I would recomened them 100%!!! Thank you Gabriel and his team.

Gabriel, Don and the Engineering Alarm Solutions team are excellent contractors! We did a big job that included Alarms and Cameras, Internet with Access Points, TV mountings and an Audio installation and setup. Gabriel was great in explaining the various options, answering our questions and eventually designing the final set of services. Our systems were expertly installed and the team gave us training on all of the various components. Engineered Alarm Solutions is a great company and a fantastic service provider. Over the summer I started having problems with my home security cameras. The system was installed over 6 years ago. I eventually replaced one camera in the summer and had problems with a second camera in late November. It was time to look into upgrading to a new system.

I solicited estimates and quotes from several alarm companies including the company that initially installed the current system. I eventually decided to go with Gabriel from Engineered Alarm Solutions Inc.

I know companies bidding for new customers will try different tactics to gain my business. Gabriel was clear and concise, detailed, went above and beyond in his explanation and most of all was very responsive to my questions and request for more information. He took the time on at least 2 occasions to have a long conversation with me ensuring that I had all the information to make my decision.

I was looking for a company that provides good client service, and provided a good product that would meet my needs. Reviews on Homestars were very promising as well. Gabriel offers a good warranty service and no long term contracts for alarm monitoring. I think I knew early on that I would go with Gabriel but I wanted to do my due diligence nonetheless.

Once a decision was made I was assured that I would not be disappointed. Installation was scheduled within a week. Don and his colleague showed up on time and was done within 2 hrs. Don was open to my questions and ensured that the system was working properly. He ensured the apps on my phone and PC was also up and running.

So far I am happy with the upgraded cameras and so far not disappointed with the extra money paid for the GEN2 cameras. EAS sent a follow up email after the installation with all the passwords and procedures for setting up my other PC and family phone with the apps etc. Gabriel himself followed up with a phone call to see if all was well. While I did not expect this it was reassuring to me and shows that Gabriel and his team understands "Good Client Service".

All that to say that I have made arrangements to transfer my alarm monitoring services with Gabriel, to be done early in the new year. My initial experience with Gabriel and his team was very reassuring and I am sure it is a start of an long term relationship with his company. I have no problem recommending EAS at this time.

I was impressed with the home alarm system installed by Engineered Alarm Solutions Inc. Gabriel took the time to answer my many questions and provided a system at a competitive price that would meet my needs as a blind individual. Without being instructed by me, Gabriel’s team configured the alarm panel to speak aloud the messages on the visual display so that I would be notified of the change in status of each sensor in my home. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Gabriel and his team. I highly recommend Engineered Alarm Solutions Inc. to anyone looking for a home or business security system. After looking into getting an alarm system for my home with no real success, I came across Engineered Alarm solutions. And was able to achieve and surpass my alarm system needs. I would strongly recommend Engineered to anyone looking for a whole alarm system for their home or business. Amazing service from start to finish! Gabriel and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. Gabriel provided me with various different options for my home alarm system all at a very competitive price. He answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. He believes in the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with his clients by providing exceptional customer service. So much so that they are your point of contact even after installation is complete. That is to say, that if you have any issues/questions about anything pertaining to your alarm system you contact Gabriel directly as opposed to having to contact the monitoring station (as other alarm companies do). He truly cares about his clients. The alarm system that was installed has been great. It meets all our needs, is super easy to use and has been working well (we’ve had it for about a month). As an added bonus, the monitoring station they use is also highly rated (but as I said all communication is done via Gabriel). I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an alarm system!!
