Shawn was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the underlying cause of the mould in our basement, performed 2 lab tests and provided a written report to guide us in the next steps of the remediation. He spent extra time (even after already being paid) to answer some additional questions as we were hiring remediation contractors. In this stressful situation his knowledge and expertise put us at ease.
