I had a fantastic experience dealing with Big City Windows. Every interaction I had with the staff was a positive one. They were professional, helpful and guided me through the process of replacing my 130 year old windows. The new windows are beautiful and high quality. The time between the windows being finished and being installed was 3 days!

The service was great. The gentlemen who installed my patio door were polite, they tidied after themselves, and they got the job done in a timely manner.
One of the items to go with the door was missing (child safety lock) and they fixed it right away, got it shipped same day and booked an appointment with me to get it installed right away. I ended up putting my name in a drag, and got 50 percent off the installation of my door and I couldn't be more satisfied with this company!!

windows exceeded my expectation with 3 locks to seal a large sliding window securely and also 3 latching points to securely seal the casement windows, all with triple pane windows making the house very comfortable. The large window was a challenge for the installers to carry and lift into place due to the weight but they did a excellent job with the installation eliminating the cold I felt around the previous window. The patio door was resized from an oversized to a standard sized door but the trim they used and the flashing on the outside made it look like it was always this size. The trim they used was a beautiful choice about 4 inches wide all around but fit with the other trim. I would highly recommend this Big city windows for new windows

From the first appointment when Athena came and provided me with a quote to final installation it was a great experience. Athena had so many pictures and samples and was to the point. Each time I emailed her to follow up on the status of the order she responded in a very timely manner . I was given a weeks notice with the installation date. The installer arrived right on time .i highly recommended.

From start to finish, a great experience with Big City Windows and Doors. Igor was most helpful in guiding us through the selection process and the results are bang on. Everything was done on time and as promised. What struck me the most was the attention to detail during the installation process. The existing trims were carefully removed and the doors removed while cleaning up as they went. New doors installed with level precision and double checked before finalizing. Foam insulation carefully applied to ensure all cavities filled. Trims re-installed and caulking inside and out with attention to detail. Everything was cleaned up and installer showed me the doors functions ensuring I was comfortable with everything. All in all, a great experience and highly recommend Big City Windows and Doors for your home renovations. Shout out to Mary as well for her guidance.
