Some noise coming from my roof at the beginning of this year. Over a period of about a month, a leak developed on that part of my home. I have to say that Ivan is a man of his word. He checked my roof, and found there was a big hole made by raccoons. He was very friendly and suggested me to replace roof after checking by animal control service. I actually waited the extra few weeks for getting rid of raccoons. After I contacted Ivan, he came again to check out the job once more, gave me an estimate that was very fair, and said he was going to do the work ASAP, because I have serious leaking problem. Ivan and his crew were meticulous and neat in their work. The job turned out perfectly. The price of the job was exactly what I was quoted. No hidden fees or charges.
