An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

We're very happy with the roof. Looks great and we've already been getting a bunch of neighbours complementing it and asking for details. Hopefully they'll go with the metal roof too. I'll pass on your info to them.
Also wanted to thank Ted for the excellent job he did. He was very professional and paid attention to all the details. He did a great job closing up the racoon holes for us and also fixed a damaged gutter. Cleanup was great and the neighbours were impressed that there was no garbage falling on to their properties while the renovations were going on. Thanks again! If you guys ever need a reference house, we'd be more than happy to provide our feedback.
