New toilet wouldn't flush properly.
One of our new, recently installed toilets stopped flushing properly one day. There was no apparent clog, so I called Alex at Mr. Rooter to see if he could determine what the problem might be. Alex arrived promptly as scheduled, assessed the problem, explained the possible causes and fixes, and quoted a price for me. Not only did he fix the problem, but explained exactly what he did to fix it, and showed me how to avoid the problem in future. He was quick, clean, polite, and very professional. His office followed up shortly after to make sure I was satisfied--and I was! I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter (and Alex!) to friends and family.
